Bet Playground is a simulated sports betting application designed for entertainment purposes only.
Important:
The App uses virtual currency only — no real money is involved at any point
You cannot deposit, withdraw, win, or lose real money
Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real currency
The App is not a gambling service and does not facilitate real-money gambling of any kind
Simulated odds are based on real sporting event data but are for entertainment only
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activity under your account
You must provide accurate information when creating your account
You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
Use automated tools to access the App (bots, scrapers, etc.)
Create multiple accounts to abuse the virtual currency system
Misrepresent the App as a real gambling service
6. Virtual Balance
The in-app Virtual Balance is provided for entertainment only — no real money is ever wagered, won, or paid out
Starting balances and deposits are simulated and have zero real-world value
We reserve the right to modify, reset, or adjust your Virtual Balance at any time
Your Virtual Balance cannot be purchased with real money
Your Virtual Balance cannot be converted to real money
7. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bet Playground
Sports data displayed in the App is sourced from third-party providers and used under license
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
Accuracy of simulated odds or sporting data
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Fitness for a particular purpose
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Since no real money is involved, there is no financial loss associated with use of the App.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
13. Responsible Gaming Disclaimer
